Q: Sales Tax

For Customers residing in or having shipments sent to the states of SC,AZ,NC,IL,VA,IN,KY,PA,TN,CA,WI,FL, and WA, standard sales tax rates from these jurisdictions will apply on all purchases.

Q: Is The Site Secure?

The site currently uses Authorize.net to process transactions, First Data processes the transactions and securely stores transaction data for your protection. Your user information can only be seen by The One Stop Equine Shop and its employees. The site is secured with EV SSL Protection by GeoTrust. All of these features and options combined make One Stop Equine Shop one of the most secure and safe equestrian stores online.

Q: What Payment Methods Do You Take?

This site currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover through Authorize.net by Bank of America Merchant Services. PayPal may also be used. All cards are charged at the time of order to avoid the storage of key card data.

We see customer satisfaction as the most important part of our business. As a company we are constantly working to improve the quality of our products and services. We firmly believe that shopping at The One Stop Equine Shop is not just about our products, but about the experience that we offer customers. If for any reason you find that a product does not suit your needs we would ask for you to call for an authorization and return the product within the first 30 days. We understand that this is not always possible and we take that into consideration. A restocking fee may apply after the initial 30 day period. You will find our standard return policy below.

FOAL,LLC DBA The One Stop Equine Shop reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Furthermore, as from time to time there is human error, we reserve the right to cancel an order (on rare occasion) in the event of a pricing inaccuracy.

Q: Price Matching Policy

We understand that customers want the best quality at the best price. We try to keep our prices as low as possible while complying with manufacturer guidelines on pricing. However, we believe that pricing is an important part of our customer service. If you find a price lower than ours for a product, with the exact same specifications, available in another major catalog (excluding Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace platforms) we will match it as long as it does not interfere with the guidelines set out by the manufacturers.
